Plentyoffish dating in Sudbury

I've recently decided to give that free plentyoffish dating website a shot. It turns out the rumors about internet dating were true. The girls in Sudbury on there mostly are psychos, be careful! One of them even went so far as to add my family to her facebook (to ask them questions about me) after our first lengthy msn conversation.

However, a few of them weren't all that bad. There's some decent folks among the special school girls on there. You'll have to look hard for them though unless you're happy with a single mother who drinks all the time, does drugs, sleeps around on the first date -and- is dependent on welfare. Almost half the Sudbury and Manitoulin Island girls I looked at were ALL of those.

(I only looked at the 18 to 25 range. Older Sudbury ladies might be more interesting!)

Not a single Sudbury girl would recommend plentyoffish for the faint of heart. Apparently most guys on there try to make inappropriate advances in a first message, or worse. Their instant message webcam window options are often opened to a surprise: Some weird guy with their pants down. Many others were receiving lots of offers for either "paid massages" or more activities that are more common on Elgin Street in Sudbury... haven't had anyone proposition myself yet though on plentyoffish.

Have you had any luck with internet dating here?

Sudbury Library South End moved

As you may be aware if you visited the south end location of Greater Sudbury's library, there was some structural problems that forced it to be shut down. The city board has decided on a new temporary location for all pick ups and returns.

The new branch of the sudbury library south end is located in the Countryside Arena, near Long Lake road. Two internet stations are available to use at the temporary south end library kiosk. There is apparently a small selection of books and magazines available, but not much compared to what they had they at the old location. I haven't been there yet so can't say just how much.

You can reserve new books and DVD movies on the library website and pick them up at the kiosk. I hope they get a more permanent location soon, that was the closest branch to my home. The south end branch location was also apparently their most popular.

South branch sudbury library hours of operation:
Monday to Thursday 10 am to 8 pm
